For the last couple years we have been supplying a number of our Northwest customers with fresh floral greens . Due to fuel costs and ever increasing demand for our product we are planning on expanding by freighting our product via FedEx ground . We are also looking into covering the freight ourselves on all PAYPAL orders in the continental USA ( FEDEX GROUND ) . The first items we will be trying is Salal tips , Salal long and Salal mini . Some orders may get refunded immediately due to state restrictions or other issues . Will try to enclose explanation with refund. Note some products may perish over greater distances ground freight . May want to select a more expedient option coming soon. Check FedEx for transit times and options . Most within west will receive product from 1-3 days . Check with FEDEX on ground freight transit times on 15 pound packages from zip code 98403 to your zip . All product goes to freight within hours from the cooler at our highest quality . Though we can not offer refund on our perishable product 99% of our fresh business is built on repeat orders so it in our interest to do our best . If product suddenly become un-available or does not meet our standard a refund will be issued . For your tracking number call 360-921-3621 Eventually we will have those tracking numbers e-mailed as with our other product . Some product may not shelf long enough for the free shipping in which other options will be presented if it is needed to be sent further faster . Very important to know how long your product can last in ground freight especially in summer months over distance from the Pacific Northwest .
