The word has been getting out that preserving is slightly different from the industrial standard . Whereas most preservers process in around a week producing nice product with less variation in color , the trade off is 2-5 months longevity . We take a month to preserve our product ! This means there is much more variation in shades , even within the same batch BUT with a longevity of 2-5 YEARS !  The downside with such a long process is that there is far less volume then the demand but it caters more to our in-house creations where longevity is our goal for our customers .
